I Have A Really Badly Stubbed Toe It's Been About

I have a really badly stubbed toe it's been about two weeks of waiting for the nail to fall off but I took off my sock last night and it was stinky and still is very pungent. Plus I just had surgery on my right clavical bone because I broke it to where it was poking out of my skin when I wrecked my bike. I missed the first week follow up because I'm on my own and have no ride, but I am waking up in the middle of the night with my toe aching, I had to postpone a dentist appointment so I'm dealing with immense tooth pain, and my shoulder! My surgeon game me 60 Percocet after my surgery and I took them as the label described two every four hours as needed and I only have eight left am I out of line to ask for one more refill? Cause I think if I can get by for three more weeks it won't hurt as bad anymore but right now it is unbearable pain. I can't eat, sleep more than two hours, plus I can't move or walk on my toe by following doctors orders. Please help his office is closed on the weekend.
