Hello

Nasal Polyps can easily be cured with Homoeopathic Intervention. I can suggest you some Remedies, if you explain a bit more of your symptoms in detail. Surgery is not at all needed.

Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist Dr. Sumit Bhatti's  Response
1. Go ahead with your CT PNS (Para Nasal Sinuses) Scan. It should be a plain scan with 1mm coronal, axial and sagittal cuts, preferably on a Multislice Scan Machine. Contrast should be used only if necessary.
2. Is your nasal blockage one sided or on both sides. Before asking for your scan, your doctor must have examined your nose. What were the clinical findings? If no polyps were actually seen, it might be a good idea to do a pre and post de-congestion scan using xylometazoline (Otrivin) nasal drops.
3. Polyps require surgery at some point in time. In India it would cost between 15,000 to 60,000 rupees depending on the type of room and hospital. This amount will not cover incidental expenses and extra cost in the event of complications.
