I Have A Sinus Infection, I Was On Bactrim For

I have a sinus infection, I was on Bactrim for 10 days with some or no results, I was just prescribed Levofloxacin 500 mg. I did really sleep, felt like I was on fire inside, as if the sinus infection was burning in hell. I was dizzy the first time getting out of bed, wasn't later, taking long trips to urninate. My question is, should I be taking this drug at night or daytime, does this drug perform this well on 1 dosage in 12 hours
