I Have A Small, Irregular Growth On The Underside Of

I have a small, irregular growth on the underside of my penis on the circumcision scar. It is the most sensitive spot on my penis , and I can bring myself to orgasm just my manipulating it between my fingers. I first discovered it at 8or 9 years of age. The problem is that when a potential partner sees it, it is assumed to be a wart of some kind, and they usually back off. Through my research, I have tentatively determined that it is a traumatic neuroma caused by circumcision where the removed nerve tissue tries to regenerate itself. I'm reluctant to have it surgically removed fearing that I would lose most feeling in my penis. On the other hand, I would like it to be more aesthetically pleasing to avoid rejection and "eew what is that ? Local doctors I have asked were clueless and awkward about it. Any advice would be appreciated. By the way, I have never had an STD
