I Have A Small Lump On The Right Side Of

I have a small lump on the right side of my neck that the Dr. says may be a swollen lymph node. I have neck discomfort/soreness, dry mouth and acid reflux(that I am being treated for). The Dr. isn't concerned about the neck pain or the lymph node. Should I be ok with that?
