I have a small painful lump on my neck , when i move my tongue the lump moves. What could it be and How can i get rid of it ?

Hi..  It could be because of a local inflammation, probably due to injury.. You can try glycerine application and vitamin supplementation for recovery.. However the exact cause can be determined only after an examination by a doctor..
