I Have A Small Roundish Dark Red Colored Spot In

I have a small roundish dark red colored spot in my inner thigh in the crease where the top of the leg meets the rest of my body. The elastic on my underware irritates it and there is some very slight staining from blood and possibly other fluid. Because it is in a spot that ends up being moist and dark, I would like the issue to “go away.” I spent about 7 weeks mostly sitting on my leather sofa after shoulder surgery so it’s possible the area just got irritated from lack of moving about. It’s been a few weeks since I notice the issue. Any suggestions? I don’t want it to get infected.
