I Have A Stinging Pain In My Heart. I Feel Lightheaded
i keep feeling a girgleing clicking feeling near my heart and it hurts like a stinging pain but above my skin i pulled something that pain lasted for weeks and still does ive had heart palpatations from mephadrone and i dont no or not but if i have a murmur is that why i see colors when i close my eyes feels liek girgleing feelings near my heart. and then ill get a stinging pain. i feel my heart beat nothing screws up in beats unless when i feel the pains thats when it happens or something. i feel lightheaded a tiny bit.

I strongly suggest u see a cardiologist. U need echo and an ecg. Are u also feeling breathless? IT is hard for me to diagnose with the history u have given
