I Have A Tiny Dot Literally Tiny Smaller Than A

I have a tiny dot literally tiny smaller than a sharpened pencil tip growing on my face. First time i had it was when i went to new hampshire during the summer im orginally from Alaska the dot was there for 3 weeks and grew out and turned into a white head acne which i thought was weird because it was a black dot. Now a new tiny dot same one is growing but some how this one has been growing for 2 months now and we dont have a dermatologist anywhere where i live i would have to fly to washington which will cost a lot so i want to know what it is
