I Have A Very Bad Sore Throat, What Should I Do To Cure This ?

I am mahesh. I have a very bad sore throat for few days. my mom says its because I use to sleep with the fan on every now and then, what should I do to cure this and is using fan makes you sick ?

you probably have a throat infection.this can be caused by cold drinks,extreme cold environment etc but the main cause is a bacterial infection.IF your sore throat doesnt go away in 3-4 days,then see a doctor about getting antibiotics.

Sore throat can be due to chilled water, or icecream, or cold drink taking. Gurgle warm saline water 4 to 5 times and avoid all such chilled foods. If cough,fever, sore throat, body aching continued can consult to any physician.

No fan doenst make any ones sick ,but sleeping in too cold room /very cold temp can make one have cold/sore throat.

Taking warm water, warm drinks, will help a lot.
If it doenst help visit a physician or a homeopath.
