I Have A Vey Painful Lump, Please Suggest

I just noticed a vey painful lump the size of a marble which showed up yesterday now its very sore and it is leaking puss and it's right next to my anus i was doing some heavy lifting on monday what is it? will it go away do i need treatment it is hard to sit thank god i haven't had a bowell movement yet do you have any answers? i'm 43 years old.

It could be an anal fissure, which is causing this problem or even a hemorrhoid. But they are just the possibilities I am listing and it can be better said after a proctological examination. For now, a sitz bath, a topical anesthetic agent, brisk walking and fiber rich diet is beneficial.
