I Have Acid Reflux.it All Started 10 Months Back.i Had

I have acid reflux.it all started 10 months back.i had endoscopy 3 months back nd i have haitius hernia..i have difficulty in swallowing and my heart beats fasts sometimes..heaviness and in left side of chest and when I exercise i feel tightness in my chest.palpatations are common.i did my heart test and they r fine..i have changed my lifestyle by eating healthy food nd avoiding every possible acidic food.docters prescribed me raciper and later pan 40..but antacids did not suit me..i had deficiency of vitamin d nd b..i am having gavicson after meals now..so what should i do more to cure this..is surgery an option?
