I Have All Symptoms Of Parasites. It Started 2 Weeks

I have all symptoms of parasites. It started 2 weeks after returning from Morocco. The itchiness around the anus and vagina won't stop. Besides feeling pinches all over my body, e.g., legs, bottom of feet, hands, arms and head. What are tiny little specks when i wipe after a bowl movement? I know i must have more than one kind of parasite, but it is unfortunate stool tests are inconclusive. I wonder if they are at all performed..
