Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Headache and chills could be related to high blood pressure if there is any bleeding inside the brain but could be unlikely because you are conscious and oriented. But it could also mean an infection somewhere in your body. Possibly sore throat or runny nose. Could be sinusitis. You can do steam inhalation if any of these are present. Get an ENT consult as well in such a case. Get your blood sugar tested to rule out Diabetes. Get your eyes tested to rule out uncorrected refractive error. Avoid junk, fatty, fried or oily food. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Exercise daily by brisk walking 40 minutes a day. Consult your Doctor about the BP meds if it is not controlling your blood pressure. Avoid stress. Do Yoga and Pranayam as stress can also cause headache, sleep problems.

General & Family Physician Dr. Jitender Chauhan's  Response
Hello, welcome to HCM. Your fever and bodyache can not be associated with blood pressure. There has to be some other reason for it which needs to be worked out. You should visit hospital immediately not only for fever buta also for getting your BP medicines reevaluated. Your blood pressure is still on the higher side despite medication. Wish you good health.
