For throat irritation and chest congestion you can take some antibiotic mostly azithral or moxikind-cv after an expert advice along with diominic-dca or wikoryl for congestion and sneezing. You can take syrup ambrodil-s or syrup bro-zedex for soothing of your throat. Do warm water gargles and take steam inhalation to reduce the discomfort and take some multivitamin also.
