I Have An Uncle Who Has Recently Been Diagnosed With

I have an uncle who has recently been diagnosed with MS.
I have chronic back pain in my thoracic spine and also have urinary frequency and nocturia. I don't have blurred vision but my eyes are persistently sore.

For many years i have been fatigued and felt that I have no vitality. Are these symptoms alone worth mentioning MS to my GP?
