I Have An Upset Stomach & Sore Throat, Please Suggest Me

My head aches in the neck and back My back hurts my neck hurts I hurt the muscles of the body My muscles become fatigued faster I can not sleep If I use a pillow neck hurts more If I put the pillow back up with my back hurts I have an upset stomach I have a sore throat I find it hard to swallow I am very concerned, are the 4 A.M. Should I go to the doctor now ?
