I Have Anterior And Posterior Fusion With Hardware In My

I have anterior and posterior fusion with hardware in my neck, and it is around 10 years since all the work was done. Over the last year the numbness and pins and needles that have been occuring with frozen fingers, mainly at night took a turn for the worse. My job causes me to hit my head, with a hard hat, many times in a week. The issue is, yes, these symtoms of "dead hands" have been gettin worse, but my hand now stay frozen for a couple hours at a time, and the middle fingers are just dead, I cant do any tasks without loosing sensation in my hands altogether, Should I go to hospital to see if the hardware in my neck has become compromised? thanks
