Is My Treatment With Clavam And Antifungal Powder Effective For Pustules On My Chest?

I have as pustules on my chest between the breast. It has spread some redness as well .Now I am having antibiotics like clavam 625 and an powder which is anti fungal named as glucose is my treatment good to cure the problem.And can I take shower . Thank you
