I Have Asthma & I Wheeze All The Time
so tired...I wheeze all the time..I have asthma and take meds and use my nubulizer...I just feel weak and would like to recooperate in the hospital for a few days

asthama is always allergic .try to find out the precipitating factor.
go for certain allergy test.anti allergic vaccine is also available which can reduce your episodes.
pranayam will be helpful.try for deep breathing exercise.
consult chest physician for better guidance and medical management

hi,
Keep way from dust and triggers.Keep away from cold drinks and foods.Do not smoke.There is good method to relieve from breathlessness during acute attack.Just apply some oil mixed with salt on your chest and give steam to the chest region.The mucus will be melted and you can breath normally
