I Have Bad Chest Pain And It Hurts To Touch The Spot

I"m 19 years and overweight. i get a sharp pain in the left side of my chest. it hurts to touch the spot and if i move a certien way cough, laugh or cry the pain gets  a lot worse i can't even lay down to get some sleep. what could it be?

This is a rib pain I guess or a matter of mind, how can you so young can get such terrible pain, take a pain killer and forget about the pain. IF you are too bothered take a hot shower bath it really works.
