I Have Been Bleeding In The Toilet

Hi, recently I have been going to the toilet and there has been some blood on both the tissue paper and in the toilet. I was just wondering what this could be ?

It could be a normal one as many people get it on straining at stools. The other possibility would be Hemorrhoids. And do not strain much during toilet. Have good diet rich in fiber content.
