I Have Been Diagnosed With A 6cm Segment Of Wall

I have been diagnosed with a 6cm segment of wall thickening involving the terminal ileum. What does this mean.? There is minimal increased enhancement or oedema. There is no surrounding inflammatory change. The caecum has a normal appearance. There is no skip lesion. There is no stricture or bowel dilation. No evidence of fistula or abscess. No free fluid in the abdomen. The imaged portions of the solid intra-abdominal viscera are unremarkable.
