I Have Been Diagnosed With A Branchial Cyst 3 Months

I have been diagnosed with a Branchial Cyst 3 months ago. I am 22 yrs old female non smoker. It has got huge and sore throbbing sharp pain. My operation is this saturday. Should I be worried is this normal also ehst can I take for the pain as ibuprofen and paracetamol aren't strong enough.
