I Have Been Diagnosed With Chronic Sinusitis And Have Much

I have been diagnosed with chronic sinusitis and have much mucous upon waking. I have used nasal rinses and periodically need antibiotics when infections occur. I have noticed that after eating there appears to be an increase in my nasal drip and coughing to clear my throat. I'm wondering if certain foods may be exacerbating this chronic problem I have with mucuos.
