I Have Been Experiencing Sharp Pain In The Region Of

I have been experiencing sharp pain in the region of my left collarbone. The pain radiates from under my collarbone and up to the base of my neck. It hurts worse when I take a deep breath or when laughing or coughing. It doesn't hurt all the time, but when it does, it hurts pretty much all day long. Pain killers and heating pads help some, but do not completely relieve me of pain.
