I Have Been Feeling My Heartbeat In My Ears

Hey, I am a 28 yo woman and recently have been feeling/hearing my heartbeat in my ears. I also occasionally feel a fluttering sensation in my chest. My doctor has prescribed propranolol but this is used for cardiac arrhythmias. Has anyone got any idea what s going on? Cheers.

It could be a warning that something's wrong. If you were old I would say right away that you're in for an impending heart attack, but my God you're only 28! Consult your doctor more regularly.
