I Have Been Frequently Urinating And When I Wipe There

I have been frequently urinating and when I wipe there is sometimes light colored red but like pink on the tissue my friend said I may have a Uti and I went to the doctors last Friday and she tested my urine and said there was white cells in it and that it may be bacteria but she would call with the result of my uti test....im still waiting in not pregnant cause Friday I lost total 6 pounds from my last visit and I've been dieting and a total weight lost of 26lbs so there is no way I could be pregnant just give me some answers to all these issues in really worried cause I recently popped my cherry in July so and I had intercourse the day I cam back from the doctor so pleaseeeee helpp
