You mean you had a procedure (D & C) or took pills? or had a miscarriage?
Get yourself examine by a gynaecologist, could be incomplete or there may be an infection.

If you have pain in abdomen;fever;foul smelling discharge after an abortion it is suggestive of intra uterine infection.Please consult a Gynaec as soon as possible for further treatment.
