I Have Been Having A Hard Cough For Three Months

I have been having a hard cough for three months especiall y at night.I have had watery stools at least 2-3 times weekly. I have had a colonoscopy which is fine having a second one to look at a polp closer. My Doctor told me I have too much bile being produced so she gave me a poder used for colesterol to lower the bile in my system. Today My primary doctor calls because I must now see an infectious desease doctor because they found a bacteria or something else which normall affects the lung not the colon but it is in my colon. I quite smoking 4 years ago and had no wheezing. Since I have gotten sick in January February and March I have felt so sick. Today I came home feeling like I could collaps at anytime. I dont have a Doctors apointment to the infectious desease doctor until 7-5-16. Is there any danger in waiting this long. I feel I am experiencing a toxic overload.
