I Have Been Having A Hard Time Getting A Deep

I have been having a hard time getting a deep breath on the left side. I feel like there is possible inflammation or gas trapped and also feel bloated and have anal itching. These symptoms come on every few months and last for weeks and sometimes months when they do. This has happened for at least the last 5 years. It is always in the same spot. It used to be left side pain but that hasn't happened for a while. I have been checked for Celiac disease, gallbladder problems and H-pilori in the past with everything coming back negative.
