I Have Been Having Pain In The Left Ear Behind

I have been having pain in the left ear behind it and the whole left side have seen my regular dr benn on antibotic a week ago seen the pa again antibotics haven't finish those yet call the dr yesterday and they want me to get more antibotic this has been going on since befor christmas as of last year am so tired of this there is nite that I cansleep wake up with the pain should i see a ent doc
