Could Xarelto Be Causing My Painful, Itchy Hands, Lip Blisters, And Severe Brain Freeze-like Pain When Consuming Cold Food?

I have been having strange reactions to cold food. My hands get painful and itch after holding something cold. l have been getting blisters on my lips while eating cold and l get a severe brain freeze feeling all the way to my stomach. it can be extremely painful. The only thing different is I am now taking Xarelto l have been on it a month and a half.
