I Have Been Having Tingling Sensation When I Get Up, Walk, Move My Head

i am not diabetic. i had alot of blood work before my partial hyst. so i believe they would have seen something. another way i can describe the feeling is when you get startled you get that vibe through your whole body, well thats what ive been experiencing. I thought maybe a inner ear infection but like i said no signs of sickness. but like i said the past couple of times ive been in the car i have gotten severe car sickness. but dont know if it has to do with that or just having surgery. but the sensation has been going on before the surgery. i guess i will have to go see my physician. i just wanted to know should i be concerned or just let it go see what happens.
