I Have Been Noticing Small Semen Discharge While Urinating
Hi Doctor, For the past two mornings I have been noticing very small drops of white semen in my underwear. I have been under a little of stress lately (loosing some sleep at night) and my inner ear has been itching me more than usual. I´ve seen a doctor about the inner ear itching and they prescribed me with an ear wax cleaner. However, should I be worried about the small dropletts of white semen? I have no other irritations while urinating etc.

Depending on your sexual history. If you are having unprotected sex I would rule out sexually transmitted diseases / STD's to be 100 percent certain you are not having a discharge unrelated to semen. Hopefully it is nothing more than a wet dream but if it persists and you do not have a normal history of nocturnal emissions and you are having unprotected sex get a work up from your MD. Is it just in the mornings? Painful urination? Do you notice a small discharge throughout the day? Foul odor?
