I Have Been On Metoprolol 50 Mg Qd, Hydralazine 50

I have been on Metoprolol 50 mg qd, Hydralazine 50 mg qd and Losartan 50 mg tid for years now. All of a sudden ( about the past month) I am getting intermittent hypertensive crises episodes with bp readings like 226/105 ( I get very scared im going to have a MI or stroke, so my anxiety level doesnt help either). And then i will get hypotensive in my sleep, with readings like 77/61 and HR of 48 ( can my heart stop in my sleep?). I have gotten cardiac biomarkers done during the htn crisis in the ER room and they are all negative. Once they rule me out for MI, they don't seem concerned. Well I am, because I feel sick all the time and just terrible. I have a appt coming up with my cardiologist, but would like a fresh opinion on what could be happening to me.
