I Have Been On Estratest (brand) For Almost Thirty Years

I have been on estratest (brand) for almost thirty years following a total hysterectomy. It saved my life.
without it I am withering away. Is there any way I can get this drug? I tried covaryx with no positive results. I am not able to live what I consider a normal life without it. Please, please tell me if it is available anywhere. It truly is necessary for life quality. Thank you.
