I Have Been Taking Lyrica For Orthostatic Tremor For Six

I have been taking Lyrica for orthostatic tremor for six years. I also have had two heart attacks and am taking the usual blood thinning medication for that. I have stage 2 kidney disease and lately have had bad back pain, yellow skin, edema and headache. The pain is severe. Can you advise what I should do?
