I Have Been Taking Ratio-Lenoltec #3 300/15/30mg No Less Than

I have been taking Ratio-Lenoltec #3 300/15/30mg no less than 4 a day for over a year. Recently I have run out before I could get to my doctor to talk to her about stopping them. I now feel anxiety, have insomnia, muscle pain, I feel like I have bugs crawling on me, my skin is itchy and my nose seems to be stuffy and runny and my head feels full all the time. Could this be withdrawal symptoms?
