I Have Been Taking Rigevidon For Around 3 Years On

I have been taking Rigevidon for around 3 years on and off and always been around 8 stones, recently I have gained around 6 pounds for not reason, this will keep going up if I don't really control it which is frustrating as I do struggle with seeing the number on the scales rise. Is it possible it could be the pill and my body may want a change? I haven't experienced any other side effects whilst taking it but my periods have got more painful recently. Thanks
