I Have Been Taking Tramadol For About 10 Months For

I have been taking Tramadol for about 10 months for neck and related pain. I had to do a prep for an endoscopy yesterday and I didn't take my Tramadol I have been so sick restless legs (sweating which I was doing while I was on the Tramadol as well) chills and can not sleep. 3 days off Tramadol and I feel so bad. Is it withdrawal symptoms? Also could I have been allergic to the tramadol having night sweat which are not just at night but day too and increasing? Blood test by doctor has ruled out thyroid.
