I Have Been Talking In My Sleep, How Can I Stop It ?

I have been talking in my sleep for a few months. my boyfriend says i make noises like im having sex and that i say other mens names. im not cheating and never would please help how can i stop it? im scared to fall asleep

Hey Girl, there's nothing to worry about sleep-talking! It seems, you're pretty much active through out the day and usually, we sleep-talk when we have dreams and we keep talking in it unconsciously. I'd suggest that if you're honest about your relation with your boyfriend, have a talk with him when you're awake and make him understand your feelings & emotions... :) I am sure this sleep-taking is never going to be a problem if you both share a great understanding with each other :) All the best.

hiya thanks for replying the thing is i have spoken to my boyfriend and tried to explain and reassure him im not cheating etc but it hasnt worked. im so scared i cant sleep at all and neither can he
