I Have Been Tired, Head Ache, Crying For No Reason At All, Please Help

for the past week I have been very tired, i have been crying for no reason at all, i have had a headache that I cant seem to get rid of for 3 days and i have slight nausea and a few dizzy spell. any ideas what may be wrong?

You are suffering from acute depression. I suggest u be around family/friends and please consult a psychiatrist as soon as possible. You might be put on anti depressants
