I Have Been To The ER Several Times. I Am

I have been to the ER several times. I am honestly getting scared that no one can find out what's wrong with me. For the last month I have been having the tingling hands and feet, really bad gas and indegestion, dry mouth, and inside body tremors.. I did have a UTI and Trichomoniasis. I have taken all the antibiotics. All other test came back great accept for my iron level. Does these symptoms show signs of HIV?
