Pick any reduced saturated fat diet. Swap butter for Benecol or other margarine, try and use more Olive oil. Eat in moderation. Exercise more- this will raise your HDL (good cholesterol.) Include your '5 a day' fruit and veg and try and eat at least three portions of fish a week.
