I Have Been Transferred To An Highly Competent Psychiatrist 18

I have been transferred to an highly competent psychiatrist 18 months ago. Recently he prescribed me Desyrel to help me to have just a normal sleep. The doctor name is Dr. Frank Fabbro, psychiatrist. Now he has taken charge of the pedopsychiatry depart at CHUL Quebec City. My problem is that I suffer a real deep insomnia. Tonight it has been exactly 5 night without being able to sleep. Night are long and Desyrel has no effect. I am bipolar phase II and also suffer fibromyalgia, consequently I take 10mg of Oxyneo which is lightly effective for heavy crisis of pain. (I took on my own to reduce from 80mg per day down to 20mg per day.) I greatly need to sleep. It is now urgent. I have quite a headache all the day and night long. Please, if you can help me please, please... I am 69 years old and due to pain I tried at many occasions to just walk for some time but this is quite challenging due to pain in legs and feet.
