Urinating once every 3 hours is too much and this could be a problem of Diabetes as well. Diabetes Mellitus or Diabetes Insipidus, either of the two.
You have not mentioned your age & other symptoms like burning, urgency,hesitancy, quantity etc. Please get your Urine (routine) & Blood Sugar (Fasting & PP) tested. If both are O.K. get sonography of Prostate done.
