I Have Been Vomiting Blood And No Period, Please Help
Hi, I am 13 and I have just skipped my period ( It was only my 3rd so im not really worried) I am more worried about vomiting blood. I have been vomiting blood for about 2 days and I was wondering what it could be? - I was reading that it could be internal bleeding ? But i am only 13 and i have low blood presure? Please HELP! When i said i had it for 2 days i ment yesterday and this morning its 7am here. And i have told my mum but she just thinks its me over reacting and she thinks i ate something and my body reacted, i told her there wouldnt be blood if it was just because i ate something, i am going to get medical attention today, thanks for you help, and lastly im not starving myself.
