hey i have big pimples appearing on my thighs ..i pop em and one will go away but than not too long after another one comes up?am scared what shud i do?i havnt gone to a clinic or something because i donot have insurance.

hi
you have follicutis or boil not pimple.
apply topical antibiotic cream three times a day.
you can take antibiotic tab azithromycin 500 mg once a day
