I Have Chest Pain And Burning Sensation In My Left Side Inspite Of Normal Heart And Blood Pressure Tests

I have had an angiogram and was told my heart is fine. Yet I have chest pain that comes once in a while that leaves me feeling queasy and tired. The pain is lingering with a burning sensation in my left side right over my heart. Today it was one sharp pain while laying down that lasted half a second followed by burning. When I went to the hospital with these symptoms a month ago I spent the day and no heart or blood pressure issues were found.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your problem this could be "gastro esophageal reflux disease " if I would be your doctor then I would surely treat you with the following medicines,
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day
2) Tab Domeperidone 30 mg once in day
3) Tab Chlorodiazepoxide twice in day
These regime gives very good results, hope this in formation helps you have a good day.
